You'll hear from us quickly typically within 15 minutes during business hours. We'll ask a few questions about your project and schedule a site visit at a time that works for you.
At the site visit, we come to your property, look at the scope of work, listen to what you want, and ask whatever clarifying questions we need. After that, we put together a written estimate. For small jobs, that can happen the same day. For larger projects like ADUs or full renovations, give us a few days to price it accurately.
No surprises. No hard sells. Just a straight number and a straight conversation.
If you’re looking for a licensed general contractor in Hollister, an ADU contractor in Gilroy, or a trusted remodeling team anywhere in the Bay Area call us or fill out the form. Free estimates, no obligation, response within 15 minutes.
No. Estimates are free with no obligation.
Small projects: same day or next day. ADUs and large renovations: up to one week. We don’t rush numbers.
If you’re in Hollister, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Los Altos, or Los Altos Hills yes. For other Bay Area cities, call us and ask.
Yes. Salvador Garcia is fluent in English and Spanish. You can conduct the entire project conversation in either language.
It depends on our current schedule and whether permits are required. Most projects begin within 2 to 4 weeks of signing the agreement. Projects requiring permits (ADUs, additions, roofing) need additional lead time for the application and approval process — but we start the permit process immediately.
Construction work typically happens Monday through Friday. We’re available by appointment on Saturdays for consultations and planning meetings.
We don’t offer in-house financing, but we’re happy to work with homeowners who are using home equity lines of credit, construction loans, or other financing options. We can provide documentation that lenders typically require.
