A Bathroom That Feels Like It Was Designed for You

A bathroom remodel is one of the most personal upgrades you can make to your home. It's the room you start and end every day in, and when it works well when the layout makes sense, the tile is beautiful, the shower pressure is perfect, and there's finally enough counter space it changes your daily routine for the better.

Complete Bathroom Renovation

A full gut remodel means everything comes out tile, fixtures, vanity, tub or shower, flooring, sometimes even the subfloor and drywall behind the shower. We rebuild the bathroom from scratch with new waterproofing, updated plumbing, fresh electrical, and the finishes you've chosen. This is the right approach when the existing bathroom has water damage, outdated plumbing, or a layout that doesn't work.

Shower Remodel & Walk-In Shower Conversion

Replacing an old tub/shower combo with a modern walk-in shower is one of our most requested services. A well-designed walk-in shower with a glass enclosure, quality tile, a built-in bench, and a rain showerhead transforms the bathing experience. We handle the plumbing modifications, waterproofing (the most critical part of any shower build), tile installation, and glass enclosure.

Tub-to-Shower Conversion

If you have a bathtub you never use and would rather have shower space, we can convert it. This project involves removing the tub, modifying the drain and plumbing, rebuilding the shower pan with proper waterproofing, and finishing with tile and glass.

Vanity & Countertop Re placement

A new vanity can dramatically change the look and functionality of a bathroom. We install single and double vanities, floating vanities, and custom-built options. Countertop materials include quartz, granite, marble, and solid surface — we help you choose based on your style preferences and maintenance expectations.

The Bathroom Remodel Process

Step 1 — Consultation and design.

We visit your home, measure the bathroom, discuss what you like and don't like about the current space, and develop a plan. We help with material selection tile, vanity, fixtures, countertops — and provide samples so you can see and touch everything before committing.

Step 2 — Preparation and ordering.

We finalize the design, order materials, and schedule the project. Lead times on tile, vanities, and fixtures typically run 1 to 3 weeks. We coordinate timing so everything arrives before demolition starts

Step 3 — Demolition.

Old fixtures, tile, and finishes come out. We inspect the subfloor and walls for water damage, mold, or structural issues that may not have been visible before. If we find something, we discuss it with you and address it before moving forward.

Step 4 — Rough plumbing and electrical.

If the layout is changing or plumbing is being updated, this work happens now. Same for electrical — adding outlets, upgrading lighting circuits, or adding a vent fan.

Step 5 — Waterproofing.

This is the most important step in any shower or tub surround build. We use membrane waterproofing systems that protect the walls and floor behind the tile from moisture. Proper waterproofing prevents mold, rot, and the expensive damage that results from shortcuts in this step.

Step 6 — Tile, vanity, and finish work.

Tile goes on the walls and floor, the vanity is installed, fixtures are connected, mirrors and accessories are mounted, and everything is sealed and grouted. We take our time on finish work because this is what you'll see every day.

If you have a second bathroom in the house, you can use that while work is happening. We always discuss the logistics before starting so you’re not caught off guard.

If you’re only updating finishes (tile, paint, vanity replacement in the same location), a permit usually isn’t required. If you’re moving plumbing, adding electrical circuits, or making structural changes, a permit is needed. We handle permits when required.

Yes. Discovering water damage behind an old shower surround is actually one of the most common findings during bathroom demolition. We repair the subfloor, studs, and drywall as needed, address any mold, and install proper waterproofing so the problem doesn’t recur with the new build.

It depends on your preferences and whether you have another bathtub in the house. A walk-in shower maximizes floor space and is the more popular choice for master bathrooms. However, having at least one bathtub in the home is generally recommended for resale value and for families with young children. We can help you think through the right decision for your situation.

Porcelain tile is the most popular choice for bathroom floors  it’s durable, water-resistant, and available in a huge range of styles, including tiles that look like wood or natural stone. Natural stone (marble, travertine) is beautiful but requires more maintenance and sealing. We’ll walk you through the options based on your style, budget, and maintenance preferences.
